«ERP-Service « KazTransCom» LLP has held a conference devoted to the 10th anniversary of the beginning of SAP introduction in the JSC “KazMunaiGas” group of companies

On 16 October our company has held a conference devoted to the 10th anniversary of the beginning of SAP introduction in the JSC “NC KazMunaiGas” group of companies. Invitations to this event have been sent to representatives of client companies, such as: JSC “NC KazMunaiGas”, JSC “KazTransOil”, JSC “InterGas Central Asia”, JSC “KazTransGas”, JSC “KazMunaiGas Exploration and Production”, JSC “KazMunaiGas Trading House”.

The welcome remarks were given by Vladimir Alexandrovich Tsai, Doctor of Engineering, Director of the «ERP-service «KazTransCom» LLP.

In his speech Mr Tsai referred to the history of the SAP introduction start-up at enterprises of the oil and gas sector of Kazakhstan and then added: “ We count it 10 years from the moment when the JSC “KazTransOIl” entered the contract for the ERP-system introduction with the “SAP-Kazakhstan” LLP. We are now holding this event for our clients to communicate with them and to get a better “feeling” of each other in an informal environment. I hope such meetings will become an annual tradition. Every staff-member of the «ERP-service «KazTransCom» LLP should be able to build friendly relations with clients, not only for the purpose of signing the acceptance certificates, but first and foremost to properly determine targets which will allow for the work to be completed”.

Then the Director of the “ERP-service “KazTransCom” Development Department, Aleksei Malorodov, read out a report on SAP solutions implementation at the JSC “NC KazMunaiGas” enterprises.

Alshyn Zhappasovich Shekimov – Branch Director, “Sharing Computing Centre of the JSC “KazTransOil”;

Askar Askanovich Zhakenov - Director, Department of Information Technologies, JSC “KazMunaiGas Trading House”;

Nizamiden Rashidenovich Sagitayev – Deputy Director, Department of Information Technologies, JSC “Intergas Central Asia”

Currently six companies of the JSC “NC KazMunaiGas” are working in the SAP system. Every project has its own peculiarities for us:

1. JSC “KazTransOil” project – the very first project.
2. JSC “Intergas Central Asia” project – project which has been introduced within the shortest period of time – 9 months.
3. JSC “KazTransGas” project – the very first project where business analysis was introduced
4. JSC “KazMunaiGas Exploration and Production” project – the most large-scaled project (it includes 33 company codes)
5. JSC “KazMunaiGas” project – the first project in a management company
6. JSC “KazMunaiGas Trading House” project – the first company in Kazakhstan who have introduced the IS-OIL industry solution for oil and oil products
