The high professionalism of the project participants has led to the successful completion of works on the development of techniques of forming budget applications and to the implementation thereof in the system as well as the launch of the pilot industrial operation. The completion of works on automation made it possible to switch all the units of the organisational hierarchy LPD (Line Production Department) – TGPD (Trunk Gas Pipeline Department) – ICA Head Office in the process of budget formation and give access to the budget administration data for all ats of the Central Office and branches. Transparency of commodities and materials remainders; - Automation of materials demand planning; - Automated formation of the budget and the business plan; - Automation of the equipment maintenance and repairs planning;
Analysis of the implementation of plans and the deviation from planned indicators in various analytical sections;
Single database on directories of inventories, counteragents and other basic data, etc.

Currently the «ERP-Service «KazTransCom» LLP is providing services on technical support and maintenance of the SAP software that allows for keeping the ERP-system in the workable and updated mode and to effectively use all the potential of the introduced functionality. The «ERP-Service «KazTransCom» specialists assist the users to cope with the daily operation of the system, update of versions, solution replicating and extension of functional capabilities.
