The history of «ERP-Service «KazTransCom» activities in introduction of SAP information systems has started from 2000 and is related, in the first turn, to our human resources. The latter, at different times, were the personnel basis of such organisations as the “Sharing Computing Centre” of the JSC “KazTransOil” and the “IT-Service” branch of «KazTransCom».

As a result, the company has now got experts who have many years of experience in the introduction of SAP and whose knowledge allows to undertake and implement risky projects without fears.
Company’s success became possible due to the mobility and professionalism of the Programming Section. Mutual assistance, exchange in the knowledge gained, continuous professional growth inherent to the Section allow for a relatively small team of 14-16 people working simultaneously on maintenance and introduction of 4-5 projects, implementing large volumes of programming tasks with high quality.
Thanks to the high level specialists the Administrative Section which is responsible for the maintenance of servers and SAP R/3 systems of our clients the company is able to carry out installations, migrations and upgrades of SAP R/3 systems not inviting external experts. This allows for carrying out the introduction starting from the purchase of servers for a client up to the complete introduction of the system.
