Completion of the ERP-system introduction is followed by the stage of the system use and development at the enterprise. Efficient usage and further development of the introduced system is possible only when a high-quality and professional technical support is provided. Specialists of the ERP-Service Maintenance Department render assistance to their clients in the system operation, versions update, solutions replication, and enhancement.

Maintenance services offered by ERP-Service include two packages: standard and extended.

Standard maintenance is for clients who have their own resources to maintain and develop the system. It includes:

  • “Hot line” services within business hours
  • Receipt and processing of client’s inquiries on faults and working the latter through with the system manufacturer
  • Information on manufacturer’s updates and recommendations on their installation feasibility

Extended maintenance is intended for clients who have done the full-scale introduction of the ERP-system but have no internal support service or this service is limited. Extended maintenance includes all services of the standard one and some additional services:

  • Specialist advice on adjustment and usage of data processing procedures
  • Decompression, in the ERPcenter company, of the client’s database to ensure an operative analysis of emerging errors and failures of the system
  • Prompt repair of revealed errors and development of procedures and measures to prevent errors in future
  • Advice on the client’s databases transfer to new versions and manufacturer’s updates of the standard version of the system
